Retrospective variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/1275 dated 19/12/2019 for 'Demolition of existing sports centre and adjacent all-weather pitch and construction of a new single storey sports centre with 2. No. new all weather pitches, associated lighting and hard and soft landscaping including new 'spectator mounds' to west and north of new pitches'. To amend the lighting scheme from twelve (12no.) 15.0m high floodlight masts mounted with forty (40no.) LED luminaires to nine (9no.) 15.0m high floodlight masts mounted with twenty-eight (28no.) LED luminaires.

Retrospective minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/6980 (Demolition of existing front porch, construction of two storey front extension and rear ground floor side extension) to increase the height of the parapet wall from 2.35m to 2.65m at rear and; to reduce the maximum height of the side extension from 3.274m to 3.195m.
