The front Class E shop unit remains with the addition of a WC space to be self-contained. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows. Existing rear aluminium doors to the current studio are replaced with 3 sliding doors and 2 roof skylights are added to the rear roof facade.
