Conversion of an existing basement area into a finishing kitchen for the adjacent hospitality premises. Works include a new roof and roof light to basement area, external kitchen extract and associated works to the ground floor. Proposed erection of an external storage shed.

New site boundary wall and associated works). The proposed changes are to the first floor window to include full height with a juliette balcony.
