Partial discharge of condition 9 'Green Roofs for Biodiversity' (part 1 of 2) pursuant to planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/2795: Extension and replacement of Junior and Lower School buildings, landscaping, tree works and new boundary treatment.

Cypress trees (T5-T12; T18-T30) - fell. Replace with a new hedge boundary treatment appropriate for the location, as shown on the plan entitled '190606- LP-100 41 Hard+Soft Works'. The same details have been submitted to discharge Condition 3 of 20/AP/2743. These details were submitted on 22/4/2021. This TPO application has been made, as per the recommendation of the Arboricultural Officer, to ensure clarity regarding these new tree works.
