Works to trees in a conservation area: T1 - Large Sycamore tree on the right-hand side of front garden. The tree is causing excessive shading to property. Routine maintenance, reduce by 30% to previous points and remove lower limb on right-hand side of the tree growing towards building. T2 - Large lime tree in middle of front garden. Re-pollard to previous historic points and remove lateral limbs growing towards building. Tree is currently touching flats which is also suffering with issues of light and damp. Remove lower lateral limb to trunk and lower lateral limbs to be removed from stems growing towards house where more vertical branches are available.

Resubmission of Details of Condition 11 (Tree Planting Details) as required by planning permission 20/AP/1216 dated 24/07/2020 for 'Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission LBS ref no 17/AP/3070 for the alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II Listed Building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide 7 apartments with external works comprising demolition of the service wing outriggers and replacement with new communal entrance. Demolition of curtilage outbuildings to the east of Beltwood House ('Stables and Worker's Cottages') and replacement with 3 No. residential units. Creation of new Gate House and a detached house within the site curtilage.
