Works to TPO trees: Evergreen Magnolia Tree - to be removed as outlined by the Dulwich Estate's letter of 3rd June 2023. The tree is approximately 7.5m in height and is far too close to the house. The tree is twin stemmed and situated on the left hand side of the house. Purple Plum Tree - Approixmately 9m high situated on the left hand side boundary of front garden. Crown thin by approximately 25% including the removal of dead wood and epicormic growth, lifting of low branches, and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.
