Works to trees in a conservation area - T1 Back garden - Yew Tree approx 7.5m - Dead - Remove and roots grubbed out. T2 Front garden - Amelanchier approx 5m - Dead - Remove and roots grubbed out. Plant like for like 1 x Amelanchier Lamarkii to the front and 1 x Yew to the rear (at or adjacent to the dead tree(s)) to comply with a planning condition 20AP3829 and consented landscaping for the new development. The tree(s) should be planted with a minimum stem girth of 14-16cm, within a 1sqm mulched pit with 1 irrigation bags and watered at 25L per week for the first 3 years.
