Tree is blocking natural light into the house. T3. Cypress tree. Remove. Situated close to the bottom left hand corner of the rear garden. Grub out the roots. Approximately 7.5 meters in height. Tree is dying. The property and garden are being renovated.

T1: London plane XL-Mature London plane in the courtyard at No.237 Long Lane. - Lift low-hanging branches all around to approx. 4 metres above ground level. - Remove all dead or dying branches above 30mm in diameter. - Reduce the back side of the crown that is overhanging the pub roof. - Cut back from all buildings to provide 2 metres of clearance. - Inspect the crown for Massaria.
