Construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the property including the installation of sliding patio doors to the existing rear elevation, and a new rooflight to the main flat roof behind roof ridge. Replacement rooflight to the rear roof slope. Replacement front and side access doors. Replacement of double-glazed, timber-framed sash windows throughout.

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 23/AP/1984 dated 28/09/2023 for 'Raising of the existing outrigger roof by approx. 1050mm, to provide additional floorspace on the Second Floor.
