Details of Condition 5- Plans of security doors as required by planning permission 22/AP/4197 dated 06/02/2023 for Listed building consent for roof, rooflight, gutter, flashing, masonry and window repairs, replacement of broken glazing panes and installation of security mesh covers to windows, installation of security doors, internal repairs and new internal lighting.

Construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the property including the installation of sliding patio doors to the existing rear elevation, and a new rooflight to the main flat roof behind roof ridge. Replacement rooflight to the rear roof slope. Replacement front and side access doors. Replacement of double-glazed, timber-framed sash windows throughout.

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 23/AP/1984 dated 28/09/2023 for 'Raising of the existing outrigger roof by approx. 1050mm, to provide additional floorspace on the Second Floor. A new sash window matching the existing windows will replace the small existing window of the outrigger and two rooflights are added to the outrigger roof. The existing dormer on the rear elevation is proposed to be widened by approx. 700mm with two new sash windows to match the existing. Details of Condition 8 'Archaeological Public Engagement' pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/0960: Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.) Changes include: - Construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear; - New wall at ground floor level to the west and north elevation; - Raised cil level at 6th floor; - Fenestration changes, including additional windows to the east elevation at ground floor level; - Changes to the tower design, removal of glazed corner cube; - Revised plant configuration at roof level; - New staircore, lift overrun and smoke extract at roof level; - Areas at roof reserved for photovoltaics and green roof; - Creation of a new basement level to accommodate a new sprinkler tank/plant.
