Creation of a new entrance lobby to the front of the house including glazed canopy and alteration to the steps from the street level, introduction of a pedestrian gate and fence.

Construction of a two storey side extension, alterations to fenestration, insertion of two conservation style rooflights, lowering of front boundary fence.
