Retention of the replacement of existing conservatory with single storey rear extension; replacement of concrete tiles on previously existing kitchen extension with natural slate and corrugated concrete sheet; insertion of a roof light to existing ground floor rear extension; alteration and extension of first floor extension. (Replace existing single glazed windows with white Velfac 200 aluminium windows with white painted wood panelling between on rear face). Construction of new front porch, retrospective permission for existing shed (bike store) and replace single glazing with double glazing on the front bay window

Conversion of integral garage into additional habitable space (retrospective) and replacement of existing garage door with a window and brick infill below.
