Construction of a new single storey rear extension and a part single, part two storey side extension with a roof terrace at first floor level; demolition of the existing outbuilding and new hardscaping within the rear garden to accommodate one off-street car parking space; alterations to the eastern side boundary wall, including a new vehicle access gate; and installation of a new front porch cover, access ramps to the front and rear elevations, aluminium framed windows and doors, and 7 solar PV panels and 1 rooflight on the existing gable roof.

External alterations to rear elevation, including new bi-fold doors and sliding window, weathered timber cladding and downlighters; a new paved rear patio and steps down to the rear garden and the creation of external garden storage below part of the patio, including a concealed air source heat pump behind a louvred screen; new timber trellising above the existing south-eastern and south-western boundary fences and a timber side gate within the existing south-eastern boundary fence; and associated hard and soft landscaping.
