Construction of a 1.8m high wall to the southern end of the site along the boundary with Lyndenhurst House

Listed Building Consent: The works are to rebuild the boundary wall in accordance with the drawings provided. The adjoining garden walls are to be rebuilt into the new wall where required. The contractor is to rebuild the wall at the end of the residential gardens to 20 to 24 Sutherland Square inclusive and on the boundary of the Fielding Street Allotment site. The new wall is to be 215mm THK Masonry Wall with London Stock bricks (reclaimed to match existing condition if possible) in an English Garden Wall Bond. Using 1:1:5 Cement:Lime:Sand Mortar mix. The new wall is to be block bonded into the existing garden walls. Class A engineering bricks for lower 300mm. The new wall is to generally be 23 brick courses high and the maximum wall height above the highest ground level will be limited to 1.45.

Proposed strengthening and repair works to existing boundary wall

Listed Building Consent is sought for the partial removal of boundary treatment to the Webber Row Estate between Overy House & Delarch House, Algar House & Dauncy House and Dauncy House & Mawdley House. Existing low black metal railings to be removed and replaced with black metal railings of 1.85m alongside vehicular gate and pedestrian gate.

Listed building consent for external and internal works to the building to convert the building from B8 to Class E Use, the works include: External: Erection of a five storey rear external core; raising of existing roof profile to accommodate insulation; construction of east and west dormer windows; insertion of two rooflights; change of southern hip roof slope to gable end; installation of a roof level plant screen to the new gable end; the insertion of new window apertures to the existing Loman Street façade; refurbishment or replacement of east and west elevation windows; masonry repairs to all facades; insertion of new windows on the north elevation; replacement of loading doors to east and west elevations; partial lowering of courtyard area with relaying of granite setts; amendments to east elevation ground floor doorway; and associated works including changes to boundary treatment; installation of façade lighting. Internal: Structural repairs; repair or replacement of existing timber work and metal work; formation of new concrete slab and drainage at ground floor level; the insertion of an internal services riser and distribution of services throughout via a raised floor to each level; relocation of existing stair from 4th to 5th floor, creation of a mezzanine and associated structural works, installation of new staircase between 4th and 5th floor levels; installation of new internal lighting; installation of fire protection works throughout.

Reconstruction, refurbishment and extension to 8 Addington Square, including demolition and reconstruction of entrance hall, demolition of existing ground floor rear extensions and replacement with single-storey rear extension with flat green roof, extension and part rebuilding of existing side extension with another storey and front elevation line, new railings to match No.7 Addington Square, new boundary wall at ground floor to alley, new flat roof to the bay window, replaced rear glazing, repair/replacement of rotten windows to front, re-rendering of original house facades and internal structural works.

LISTED BUILDING CONSENT: repair, refurbishment and extension to 8 Addington Square, including repair/replacement of windows, internal plaster repair and replacement, demolition and reconstruction of entrance hall and internal principle staircase to between first and second floor, new railings to match No.7 Addington Square, replacement boundary wall and rear entrance and replacement rear extension. New kitchen, bathrooms and services.

External and internal refurbishment of the lower and upper floor flats. External works include fabric repairs, removal of blacktop to front entrance steps and repairs/ replacement of stone treads, replacement of Upvc windows and doors (lower flat), redecoration of existing timber windows in a darker colour (upper flat), replacement of modern front entrance door, widening of the opening on the rear facade and new doors with side lights (lower flat), reconfiguration of the roof to the outrigger and installation of a zinc roof with rooflight (upper flat), removal of existing rooflight and installation of a new conservation style rooflight (upper flat). Reinstatement of the front boundary treatment, by the introduction of brick piers and plinth cast iron railings and gate (Revised description).

Removal of part of front boundary wall and railings and alteration to a gate, construction of staircase in front basement area and small extension to under staircase space to become bicycle store.

Listed Building Consent: Demolition of existing garage, to be replaced with side extension. Demolition of boundary wall, to be rebuilt in brick. Enlarge opening to the rear facade on the lower ground floor to allow for new glazing. Enlarge opening to the side facade to provide access to the side extension. Refurbish existing bathrooms.
