Listed building consent for external and internal works to the building to convert the building from B8 to Class E Use, the works include: External: Erection of a five storey rear external core; raising of existing roof profile to accommodate insulation; construction of east and west dormer windows; insertion of two rooflights; change of southern hip roof slope to gable end; installation of a roof level plant screen to the new gable end; the insertion of new window apertures to the existing Loman Street façade; refurbishment or replacement of east and west elevation windows; masonry repairs to all facades; insertion of new windows on the north elevation; replacement of loading doors to east and west elevations; partial lowering of courtyard area with relaying of granite setts; amendments to east elevation ground floor doorway; and associated works including changes to boundary treatment; installation of façade lighting.
