Listed Building Consent: Re-conversion of the building to a single family dwellinghouse from two flats, and light refurbishment. Refurbishment and conversion of the front section of the basement of Nos. 48-50 Trinity Church Square, from a storage area into a single one bedroom flat, alterations to the size of the existing openings and replacement of windows and doors on the front facade at basement level, conversion of the vaults into a refuse and bin store.

The conversion of Flat 2 from a one bedroom flat (2 person flat) into a two bedroom (4 person flat) by the sub-division of the existing kitchen to create a second bedroom and retention of the bathroom within the modern rear extension. The removal of the existing single external door, filling in of a redundant window opening, widening of the door opening and replacement with double doors to the existing modern rear extension.

Renovation of the external appearance of this Listed Building rectifying inappropriate works, mostly dating from the 1980s when the property (with adjacent property) was a London and Quadrant Hosing Association group home for the mentally handicapped. Additional fire doors were required for that use, but on sale and conversion to residential flats c 2001 some of the old features, such as the prominent alarm box and basement window guard were left in place. Internally the door frames from some of these additional fire doors were left in place rather than stripped out. The proposed works seek to rectify this and correct other non-compliant alterations such as the added uPVC windows, added to the rear, and reinstate as box sash timber framed windows
