The repair, renovation and replanting of communal front yard, including the renovation of an existing garden shed currently in disrepair, the installation of a square hedge in the centre of the yard, and the repainting of both front doors, one on the ground floor and the second on the basement level, addition of motion sensor lights beside these two doors.
