Listed building concent for erection of rear infill extension and adjustment of existing rear extension height. Replacement of the rear extension roof lantern with a low profile skylight and addition of 2 no. low profile skylights . Replacing 3 existing domed skylights with 2no. low-profile skylights to the existing front facing extension. Elevational repairs and upgrades including the re-rendering of the property with breathable lime render and addition of decorative mouldings. Replacement and repositioning of uPVC doors and windows with traditional style timber sash windows and timber doors and the reinstatement of a clerestory window. Roof alterations including the replacement of existing front ground floor extension with lead grey EPDM and rear extension roof with sedum, and replacement of felt and copper roof to the main property with a lead grey single ply membrane roof and the addition of 3no. conservation style skylights to the main roof. Internal remodelling works proposed.

Demolition of existing internal stairs with new and adjustments to the stair core on the fourth floor. Replacement of lift with new to extend to the fourth floor. Modern partitions replaced with new to create meeting rooms, toilets, risers, and storage areas. New floors and ceiling finishes. Internal openings in communal areas to be enlarged to accommodate new doors. Replacement of the doors to the rear elevation and removal of existing modern window and wall section on first floor for new door to fire escape stair. Secondary glazing to rear elevation windows and external loading doors. The first floor glass roof to be removed and replaced with a solid roof. Changes to the approved rear fire escape stair and landings including extension to the First floor. Replacement of pavement lights. First-floor terrace plant enclosure extended to accommodate new plant. Adjustments to terraces on the first floor and roof. Replacement of the roof access dormer, new skylights and warm roof build-up with like for like finish. Making good of the existing external lighting and addition of external lighting to entrance, fire escape and terraces.

Listed Building Consent: Maintenance and repair works consisting of preparation to ground floor of front building to 33 Manor Place, making good and decoration of ground floor walls and internal window frames; replacement of existing ground floor toilet sanitary ware; removal of glazing above dwarf brick wall in ground floor entrance hallway; floor levelling screed to bath house and wash house; replacement of small roller shutter in Bath House; replacement of existing light fittings with LED light fittings, closing up of small Bath House entrance door and removal of some first floor partitioning in the front building.

Listed Building Consent: Construction of an extended rear and side extension by means of a new glazed roof infill extension, retaining the lean-to and removal of walls to create an kitchen/living/dining space to the ground floor. Relocate bathroom from rear room at first floor to front and alteration of walls and provision of services, cupboards and boiler at first floor landing. Removal side storage shed and provision of new storage/shed in the garden and replacement of timber fence with brick garden walls. Removal and replacement of first floor rear window in restored opening with new timber sash window. Secondary glazing to existing windows. Provision of rooflights to flat roof at first floor.

Listed Building Consent: Installation of a kitchen extract system. Removal of the existing central top window pane and frame to accommodate a powdercoated white metal louvre grille to provide extract and the removal of the existing central top window pane to accommodate a supply fan. Listed building consent for the nstallation of plant on flat roof section of church (north west elevation): - 2 No. 450 mm high condensers on mounted on non penetrative rooftop support. - 3 No. 1338mm x 1050m high condensers mounted on non-penetrative rooftop support system located between the arched windows and 3 No. PPC Grey louvred screens set around the condensers.
