Approval of S106 Obligation for Plot G: 'Tree Planting On-Site Plan' set out in Schedule 7, Paragraph 3.2 of the Section 106 agreement ref. LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/143166 associated with planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604

Non material amendment to planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/3794 [dated 20/01/2022] in relation to Canada Dock for 'Application for the approval of reserved matters (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale) in relation to Canada Dock and land adjacent to zone D pursuant to hybrid planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604 dated 29th May 2020, relating to the redevelopment of Canada Dock, including the re-grading and re-planting of the SINC, construction of a new boardwalk, construction of steps and accessible slopes along the southern edge and associated public realm, informal play space and landscape improvements'. The amendment seeks the following: - The removal of 4 no. existing willow trees and their replacement with 4 no. new trees. - The relocation of 5 no. cycle stands (10no. cycle spaces) next to where the existing willows trees are located. - The relocation of 5 no. cycle stands (10no. cycle spaces) to accommodate the revised design of the Pergola area. - The replacement of the consented lightweight Pergola with a tiered lawn area and associated planting. - The removal of the bench on the North Landing of the Boardwalk

Details of condition 9 'Means of enclosure' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0671 for: (Remediation of the site ("Area B") to bring into use for burials. Works include the removal of redundant hard standing; reconfiguration of existing parking facilities and maintenance depot; new footpaths, access routes and fencing; drainage improvements incorporating swales and french drains; comprehensive soft landscaping and ecological improvements, limited tree relocation and removal.)

Details of Condition 3 'Tree Protection' pursuant to planning permission ref. 20/AP/3250 'Redevelopment of the site comprising demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a new part 22/part 15 storey building (with three levels of basement) comprising Office (Class E), Public House (Sui Generis), 66 flats (Class C3) and flexible Office/Community use (Class E/F2) together with public realm improvements and other associated works.'

Details of Condition 3- tree planting as required by planning permission 23/AP/1888 dated 26/09/2023 for construction of a single storey ground floor side-rear extension and L-shaped rear dormer extension, together with the installation of two rooflights on the front roof slope and the replacement of the existing windows.

Details of Condition 3 - Planting of 7 Elm 'New Horizon' trees as required by planning permission 21/AP/3417 dated 07/07/2023 for retrospective planning application for the use of land as a class E(f) outdoor nursery (and temporary use as a holiday club) and the stationing of associated temporary free standing structures.

The annual erection and installation of circa 65 wooden cabins across the London Bridge City estate for the Christmas market event from November 1st to January 7th. The development is comprised of 6 Zones of cabins across the London Bridge City estate and along Queen's Walk including; Zone 1 - Riverside/The Scoop, Zone 2 - Riverside/Tavolino Steps, Zone 3 - Riverside/HMS Belfast, Zone 4 - Riverside/Upper Deck bar (by HMS Belfast), Zone 5 - Riverside/Southwark Crown Court and Zone 6 - Hay's Galleria. The cabins will measure 10x8ft, 10x6ft, 10x5ft, 10x4ft and 20x10ft, respectively. There will be a range of items on offer including hot and cold beverages/food, arts & crafts and general goods. The event will also see two pop-up bars, one at the top of The Scoop on the riverside and one at London Bridge City Pier at the back of Cottons Centre.

Details of Condition 4 'Tree Planting' pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/0480: Redevelopment of vacant site to provide enhanced public open space and the construction of a 6 storey building to provide up to 10 affordable dwellings (4 x social rent, 6 x shared ownership).

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.
