Details of Condition 5- Plans of security doors as required by planning permission 22/AP/4197 dated 06/02/2023 for Listed building consent for roof, rooflight, gutter, flashing, masonry and window repairs, replacement of broken glazing panes and installation of security mesh covers to windows, installation of security doors, internal repairs and new internal lighting.

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 23/AP/1984 dated 28/09/2023 for 'Raising of the existing outrigger roof by approx. 1050mm, to provide additional floorspace on the Second Floor. A new sash window matching the existing windows will replace the small existing window of the outrigger and two rooflights are added to the outrigger roof. The existing dormer on the rear elevation is proposed to be widened by approx. 700mm with two new sash windows to match the existing. The new dormer roof will be finished with roof tiles that will match the existing. The proposed works also include a new conservatory infill extension to the Ground Floor and the Crittall -type glazed conservatory extension will have a matching glazed roof to provide further sunlight into the Ground Floor space. The existing rooflight and double doors to the side of the proposed conservatory will be replaced with a Crittalltype rooflight and double doors, respectively, to match the proposed conservatory'. The amendment seeks the following: - The height of the raised roof ridge of the rear outrigger to be reduced to 0.85m above the existing - The new sash window to the rear of the two-storey outrigger to be reduced in proportion - The two new rear rooflights are to be conservation-type rooflights with a dividing vertical glazing bar - The height of the rear dormer is to be reduced to 2.6m from base to the ridge - The zinc cladding of the dormer is to be dark grey.

Details of Condition 8 'Archaeological Public Engagement' pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/0960: Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.) Changes include: - Construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear; - New wall at ground floor level to the west and north elevation; - Raised cil level at 6th floor; - Fenestration changes, including additional windows to the east elevation at ground floor level; - Changes to the tower design, removal of glazed corner cube; - Revised plant configuration at roof level; - New staircore, lift overrun and smoke extract at roof level; - Areas at roof reserved for photovoltaics and green roof; - Creation of a new basement level to accommodate a new sprinkler tank/plant.
