Construction of a single storey glazed conservatory.

Replacement of existing lower ground floor conservatory with garden room, adjustments to existing ground floor utility room including replacement windows, enlargement of existing front lightwell, reinstatement of front boundary wall to match neighbours, front and rear window and associated internal alterations.

Demolition of existing single storey ground floor rear conservatory. Construction of single storey ground floor rear extension. Replacement of ground floor rear windows/doors with bi-folding doors.

Proposed works to replace the existing conservatory with a new single storey side infill extension; increase the height of the rear outrigger roof to create a new bedroom within the attic space, with associated roof lights. The reconfiguration of the outrigger's first floor window and door to the terrace, and the replacement of the second floor rear dormer with a wider dormer window. Window replacements to front, rear and side elevations.

Demolition of existing lean-to rear extension and conservatory and construction of ground floor rear extension and first floor rear extension; alterations to roof, including new pitched roof to rear, rear dormer extension and two rooflights to side roof slopes; and alterations to existing fenestration, including installation of new windows and doors and increasing height of existing bay window to front elevation.

Raising of the existing outrigger roof by approx. 1050mm, to provide additional floorspace on the Second Floor. A new sash window matching the existing windows will replace the small existing window of the outrigger and two rooflights are added to the outrigger roof. The existing dormer on the rear elevation is proposed to be widened by approx. 700mm with two new sash windows to match the existing. The new dormer roof will be finished with roof tiles that will match the existing. The proposed works also include a new conservatory infill extension to the Ground Floor and the Crittall -type glazed conservatory extension will have a matching glazed roof to provide further sunlight into the Ground Floor space. The existing rooflight and double doors to the side of the proposed conservatory will be replaced with a Crittall-type rooflight and double doors, respectively, to match the proposed conservatory.
