Proposed works to replace the existing conservatory with a new single storey side infill extension; increase the height of the rear outrigger roof to create a new bedroom within the attic space, with associated roof lights. The existing rooflight and double doors to the side of the proposed conservatory will be replaced with a Crittall-type rooflight and double doors, respectively, to match the proposed conservatory.

Demolition of existing rear conservatory and replacement with single storey rear extension with roof lights, provision of bike store to front elevation, two new window openings and windows on front elevation, new driveway paving, replacement of existing porch, installation of two roof windows, new panelling on front facade and conversion of garage into side extension with two roof lights and panelled front door.
