Details of Condition 11 'Pre-Construction Circular Economy Statement' as required by planning permission ref. 22/AP/1602: 'Demolition of the existing building above ground and part-basement and redevelopment of the site to provide an 11-storey stepped building with roof top plant, plus a two storey basement, providing office, retail, restaurant and wellness uses alongside external terraces, landscaping, public realm works, new plant equipment, internal loading bays, cycle parking spaces and other associated works.'

Details of Condition 7- Details of the biodiversity (green/brown) roof as required by planning permission 21/AP/4729 dated 17/04/2023 for demolition of existing teaching block, caretakers house, playground canopies and dividing walls; construction of a new single storey extension and part refurbishment of the existing main school building; construction of a new single storey classroom block and kitchen dining block; and associated soft and hard landscaping improvement works.

Details of Condition 8 'Archaeological Public Engagement' pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/0960: Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.) Demolition of existing pitched roof and construction of a mansard roof extension across both properties (29-31 Choumert Grove) with four dormer windows to the front elevation and two to the rear elevation to provide additional living accommodation, together with raising the existing parapet wall to the rear elevation and replacing all of the existing windows with aluminium framed casement windows.
