Discharge of Condition 7 Part 1 and Part 2 (Arboricultural Site Supervision) as required by planning permission dated 11/02/2022 [LBS Ref: 21/AP/3224] for 'Redesign of park landscaping with new pathways, reconfigured game areas, soft play areas with installation of fencing, planting of new trees and cycle parking'.

Demolition of the existing conservatory and canopy and the construction of a single storey side extension, together with the installation of a new ground floor front window and rear sliding doors, the relocation of the existing front entrance door and garage doors, and new hard and soft landscaping, including a raised patio to the front of the property with planters and low-level fencing and a brise soleil, steps and planter to the rear.
