Making good of the existing external lighting and addition of external lighting to entrance, fire escape and terraces.

Details of Condition 3 (Construction Method Statement) pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/3290 granted for: Construction of a single storey roof extension to provide 2 x studio units (Class C3a) involving replacement of the existing pitched roof with a brick parapet extension and a steeper, pitched slate roof with dormer windows.
