Works: Lateral reduction to suitable growth points to provide a minimum 1.5 - 2m clearance to facilitate cradle access a part of estate wide refurbishment subject to LBS Building Control. Removal of three lower branches as shown where obstructing the access path for fire engines. Reason: to abate an immediate hazard.
