Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 21/AP/0061 'Construction of a rear dormer extension and installation of a light shaft at the rear upper ground level, which will reduce the size of the garage in size to incorporate a cinema room, whilst still retaining the same quantum of parking'.
