Certificate of lawful development (proposed) for the replacement of windows and external flue for fire and external alterations to garden studio

Certificate of lawful development for replacing the external stairs from upper ground to garden level on the west side elevation of the house with a wider staircase to allow better access from the living and dining rooms to the garden, and the construction of a storage room underneath the new stairs. This will be accessed from a lower-ground floor window, currently facing the lightwell, which will be converted into a doorway. The construction of a lean-to greenhouse and sunroom, abutting against a wall made of London stock brick to match the existing building and St. Peter's Church. Various works to the garden including tool shed and compost bin adjacent the brick wall, a chicken coup and garden furniture, replacement of unoriginal railing along lightwell with planting, and gratings over the southern part of the existing lightwell to provide access to the garden from the street.

Certificate of Lawful Development (proposed) for the rebuilding of the existing rear extension with the addition of a window at first-floor level and the replacement of the existing side extension with a new single storey side infill extension lengthened by 2.5m to join the face of the existing rear extension.
