Horse Chestnut (T1) - Fell Self seeded horse chestnut that has grown too large for its current environment. It is pushing against the boundary fence and causing light issues for properties on both sides. Has been on a cyclical reduction programme so is not a fine specimen. Recommendation is to replant with a native species in a more suitable location.
