Variation sought: creation of additional dormer to front slope, an additional window to the side elevation and replacement of cycle storage with a water collection butt.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved drawings) pursuant to plannning permission ref. no. 21/AP/0245: 'Construction of a single storey side extension'. Variation sought: Increase in roof height and relocation of rooflights to create a mezzanine floor.
