A temporary erection and installation of circa 65 wooden cabins across the London Bridge City estate for the Christmas market event from 15 November 2022 - 2 January 2023. There will be 7 Zones of cabins across the London Bridge City estate and along Queen's Walk including; Zone 1 - Riverside/The Scoop, Zone 2 - Riverside/Tavolino Steps, Zone 3 - Riverside/HMS Belfast, Zone 4 - Riverside/Upper Deck bar (by HMS Belfast), Zone 5 - Riverside/Southwark Crown Court, Zone 6 - Hay's Galleria and Zone 7 - London Bridge City Pier. There will also be a screen installed at London Bridge City Pier. The cabins will measure 10x8ft, 10x6ft, 10x5ft, 10x4ft and 20x10ft, respectively. There will be a range of items on offer including hot and cold beverages/food, Arts & Crafts and general goods. This will include a large bar to the top of The Scoop, Riverside. The bar will be created by overlapping two 20ft customised insulated hi-top shipping containers that will be clad and covered with a stretch tent. Total footprint is 24m x 9m. This area will include all bar storage, lighting/sound control and office area.

Certificate of lawfulness (proposed) for the erection of outdoor fitness equipment and re-positioning of existing paling fencing within an existing outdoor fitness area. The site forms a small part of a 30 acre sports ground and is located to the rear of the Hollington Sports Pavilion. Until recently the fitness area was the dedicated car park for the pavilion but fell into disuse when Southwark LPA granted planning permission to construct a new dwelling on the access road from Burbage Road. The popularity of the outdoor fitness facility has motivated the applicant to improve the standard of the facility and equipment available for use by members and the local community. There will also be a screen installed at London Bridge City Pier. The cabins will measure 10x8ft, 10x6ft, 10x5ft, 10x4ft and 20x10ft, respectively. There will be a range of Hot and Cold beverages/food, Arts & Crafts and general goods themes. This will include a large bar to the top of The Scoop, Riverside. The bar will be created by overlapping two 20ft customised insulated hi-top shipping containers as well as wooden cabins to provide additional seating and a decked outdoor area themed as an Alpine styled Apr?s bar. Total footprint is 24m x 9m. This area will include all bar storage, lighting/sound control and office area. Exteriors and back of house will be clad and sealed with attractive panels/hoarding as per the wider event theme.
