The provision of second bedrooms in flats 9, 18, 19 and 26 (with a consequential increase of 22sqm floor area). Minor changes to window arrangements.

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/1119: Conversion of the existing first and second upper floors to 2 x 3 bedroom residential self-contained flats with associated refuse storage and the erection of a rooftop extension to form additional 1 x 1 bedroom flat.
