Construction of first floor rear extension and rear dormer window to rear elevation of building to facilitate conversion to form two dwellings

Minor material amendment to the planning permission with ref. no. 21/AP/4585: Construction of a side infill extension in front of the existing garage; conversion of garage into a habitable space; the installation of new rooflights and alterations to the existing fenestration. The proposed changes are as follows: - Revised rooflight facing the front elevation of the garage; - Revised design details above the new garage doors on the front elevation; and - Revised roof form of the single storey rear extension to feature a pitched roof.

The parapet height is to match the neighbours extension raising it circa 150mm from the approved drawings. Condition Number(s): 1. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 2129_010 P5 PROPOSED FLOOR PLANS; 2129_011 P5 PROPOSED ELEVATION AND SECTION PLAN; 2129_020 P2 FIRE STRATEGY 2. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the end of three years from the date of this permission. 3. The materials to be used in the implementation of this permission shall not be otherwise than as described and specified in the application and on the drawings hereby approved unless the prior written consent of the local planning authority has been obtained for any proposed change or variation. 4. All windows on the side elevation of the ground floor extension, facing number 128 Grosvenor Terrace, shall be obscure glazed and fixed shut and shall not be replaced or repaired otherwise than with obscure glazing. The side wall of the ground floor extension facing 124 Grosvenor Terrace shall be of solid construction. Conditions(s) Removal: The client would like to make small amendments to the scheme, including raising the floor heights and parapet heights slightly for drainage reasons. The parapet height is to match the neighbours extension, which raises it circa 150mm from the approved drawings. Update condition 1( approved plans condition ) to include updated drawings

Alterations to the roof with construction of a loft conversion including a 450mm roof ridge raise, 2x rear dormer windows and 3x front dormer windows.

Construction of a single storey rear extension including change of existing pitched roof to flat roof and changes to door and window openings facing rear garden. Hip to gable loft conversion including a rise in ridge level by 985mm and changed roof pitch, with addition of two dormers to the rear and five rooflights to the front roof slope.

Details of Condition 3 - details of the arrangements for the storing of domestic refuse required by planning permission dated 07/03/2013 [LBS Ref: 12/AP/3161] for 'Conversion of top floor maisonette into two self contained flats (1 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom flats) and construction of two dormer windows on existing roof slopes to Copperfield Street and Risborough Street elevations. Alterations to access at ground floor level and insertion of new door at ground floor level (Risborough Street elevation).'
