Installation of platform lift at front. Demolition of existing property at 1 Burrows Mews and erection of three storey building plus basement to create 2 x one bedroom flats and 1 x one bedroom live/work unit'. The proposed amendment to Mews House are as follows: -omission of basement level, -alternative ground floor plan arrangements providing 1-bedroom ground floor flat and -alterations to ground floor bins and cycle stores.

Non material amendment to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'. The proposed amendment seeks the following: Extend existing basement areas to full width of dwellings and replace rear dormers with pitched roofs to facilitate installation of south facing solar panels.
