The amendment seeks the following: - changes to the size, positioning and materiality of some of the consented doors, glazing, fan lights and wall panels on the building's east, west and north elevations at ground to eighth floor level; - introduction of fan lights on the building's east, west and north elevations at first floor level; - introduction of high-level ventilation grilles within some of the ground floor bays on the building's east, west and north elevations; - an increase to the depth of the horizontal precast spandrel at the building's shoulder line; - provision of two collapsible bollards (instead of the consented gates) at the colonnade entrance on the building's north elevation; - changes to the layout of the short-stay cycle stands within the courtyard; and - updates to some of the drawings to accurately reflect the relationship of the consented building to neighbouring development.
