Details of Condition 3 - 'materials and window details' required by planning permission dated 18/03/2020 ref. 19/AP/5791 (Construction of a single storey rear extension and rear dormer to facilitate the subdivision of a six-bedroom dwellinghouse to 4 x self-contained units (formed of 2 x studios, 1 x 1 bedroom, 1 x 2 bedroom units) and associated refuse and cycle storage facilities).

The demolition of the existing rear addition and the construction of a single-storey side extension and an outrigger dormer extension; the replacement of the windows to the side and rear of the dwelling with timber framed double glazed units; and the addition of a Juliet balcony to the rear elevation, to replace the existing window.

Construction of an extension to the rear outrigger at first and second floor level, dormer window to the rear roof plane and addition of three rooflights to the principal roof plane, to faciliate the subdivision of the existing three bedroom dwelling into two self contained flats (1 X 1B2P and 1 X 2B4P), complete with alteration to the existing shop front to include the residential entrance.
