Non-material amendment following planning permission 20/AP/2558 (Minor material amendment to planning permission 18/AP/4044 (Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of three storey plus lower ground floor residential building comprising 8 x 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed flats (total: 9 residential units) with communal roof terrace at fourth floor level, balconies on front elevation at ground, first, second and third floors and associated landscaping, parking, cycling and refuse storage facilities) for an increased wall build up, addition of a study room to units on lower ground floor, removal of flank elevation windows and alteration to roof form) to rearrange the level 3 apartment layout, increase rear dormer width and change the facing brick on North, South and West facades to a higher quality brick.
