(Retrospective) Conversion of studio flat to one bedroom flat and internal alterations

Non material amendment for planning application 22/AP/1374 dated 09/09/2022 for minor external alterations, including installation of external kitchen extract duct and internal alterations including the conversion of redundant communal rooms for the provision of 11 additional private rooms with 26 additional bed spaces in order to make internal alterations to the approved fourth floor plan with revised fourth floor plan.

Garage conversion and alterations to front and rear windows.

Non material amendment to planning permission ref. 22/AP/1374 dated : 09/09/2022 for 'Minor external alterations, including installation of external kitchen extract duct and internal alterations including the conversion of redundant communal rooms for the provision of 11 additional private rooms with 26 additional bed spaces'. The amendment seeks the following: to remove existing faux columns on rotunda and replace with a flat rendered facade.

Certificate of lawfulness (proposed): Loft conversion with main dormer, facade alterations and rooflights insertion.

Minor material amendment to the planning permission with ref. no. 21/AP/4585: Construction of a side infill extension in front of the existing garage; conversion of garage into a habitable space; the installation of new rooflights and alterations to the existing fenestration. The proposed changes are as follows: - Revised rooflight facing the front elevation of the garage; - Revised design details above the new garage doors on the front elevation; and - Revised roof form of the single storey rear extension to feature a pitched roof.
