Construction of a single storey rear extension with vertical timber privacy louvers and feature glazing to the side elevation, rooflights and terrace at first floor level with 1.8m privacy screen. Installation of an air source heat pump within the proposed side extension. Installation of solar panels to the south facing roof and associated alterations to the existing front, rear and side fenestration.
