Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 23/AP/0586: Replacement of existing rear extension; replacement of the roof of existing side extension; alterations to the fenestration on the side elevation; and the construction of a rear dormer roof extension. Variation sought: Omission of 2no of windows to the side elevation and 1no of rooflights; reduction of the dormer size; 2no of rooflights on the main roof to be retained as existing.

Variation of Condition 6 'Dormers and raised parapet walls to be constructed concurrently and in their totality' pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/1346 dated 24.02.2023 for 'External alterations including the construction of front and rear dormer windows to nos. 208-214, together with the removal of existing rooflights and raising the existing parapet walls, including at no. 206; the installation of air source heat pumps on the roofs of nos. 208-220; the installation of new timber framed shopfronts at nos. 214 and 220; and alterations to the existing fenestration on the Tower Bridge Road and Horselydown Lane elevations, including the alteration and replacement of existing windows, doors and panels.' The variation seeks to allow for the raised parapets to be implemented in pairs (and individually at no. 206) and for the dormers and air source heat pumps to be implemented individually on each property.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 22/AP/0172 (Demolition of existing rear lean-to annexe, single storey side extension with alterations to rear fenestration, rear loft dormer extension with roof light (raising roof ridge 250mm) and pod roof extension over existing closet wing, replacement of all existing PVC window with timber sash windows and replacement of front door) to show the roof ridge being raised 400mm above existing instead of the 250mm raise approved by the original consent.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permisssion 20/AP/2397 (Demolition of existing single storey garage and first floor dormer to the front of the property and construction of a two storey side extension. Construction of a single storey rear extension with vertical timber privacy louvers and feature glazing to the side elevation, rooflights and terrace at first floor level with 1.8m privacy screen. Installation of an air source heat pump within the proposed side extension. Installation of solar panels to the south facing roof and associated alterations to the existing front, rear and side fenestration) to add and reconfigure the approval for the solar panels approved and minor adjustment, to the approved fenestration.
