Non material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/5380 dated 1st February 2021 for 'Demolition of existing building containing eight self-contained flats and removal of parking area to enable the erection of thirty-three self-contained studio flats with associated communal facilities, landscaping, refuse, cycle and amenity provisions'. The amendment seeks the following: minor alterations to the design to reflect an increase in height, width and depth. Minor adjustment to plant space obscured from public view. Changes to cycle parking layout and addition of one new cycle parking space. Alterations to the entrances to omit the top light and adjusting the height of the front doors and bathroom windows to match. Installation of PV panels to the roof.

Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) to allow minor material amendments to planning application 16/AP/4917 for the erection of a three storey building comprising 4 x 2-bed and 1 x 1-bed flats and associated works. Amendments to include alterations to the footprint of the building, omission of grilled metal detailing on perimeter of roof, adjustment to arrangement and proportion of windows, inclusion of recessed balconies within south elevation as well as alteration of balustrading and cladding.
