Non-material amendment to condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission dated 18.08.2015 ref. 14/AP/2922 for: "Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 12/AP/3558 dated 04/06/2013 for the 'Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a replacement building of five to eight storeys in height (max height of 27.5m), plus basement, comprising 53 residential units, 633 sqms of retail floorspace (Use Class A1) and 767 sqms of office floorspace (Use Class B1), disabled parking spaces and roof top landscaped amenity areas'. Proposed changes incorporate: - Alterations to internal floor plan layouts and core layouts. - Realignment of window and door positions to correct inaccuracies with plans. - Removal of brick pillars to balconies and provision of opaque glass balconies. - Increase in height of building by 150mm to accommodate lift overrun. - Increase in A1 floorspace from 643.2sqm to 721.9sqm. - Reduction in B1 floorspace from 670.3 to 645.64sqm. - Alteration to building line/arrangement at Ufford Street/Boundary Row junction." The non-material amendment comprises the extension of the existing plant enclosure located on the seventh floor of Block B to accommodate an additional condenser unit to support the operation of the commercial uses.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/2686 for 'Variation of Condition 2 approved plans of LBS Planning Permission 16AP3422 part one / part two storey house divided into two wings, linked by a new bridge across the end of the linear pond. Changes sought: 1. New vehicle access onto the highway of Dulwich Village including new gate in boundary fence'. The amendment includes the following: alteration to a first floor window on the southern elevation, removal of a chimney, a minor change to the north western corner and a change in the driveway and location of car parking spaces and revision of landscaping scheme..

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/2528 for Demolition of existing rear two storey outrigger and construction of ground floor side and rear extensions and lower ground floor rear extension The amendment seeks the following: reduction of scope to the rear ground and first floor extension. The total area reduction in terms of GIA footprint at ground floor level is 13sqm and 3.9sqm at first floor respectively. The depth of the extension has been considerably reduced to 3.6m. - Boundary fence/wall with 321 Lordship Lane : The boundary wall/fence due to being in poor condition and at risk of collapsing is to be rebuilt. - As a result of the reduction in extension depth the flank wall of the proposed extension is to now be built astride to this boundary wall, as shown on the amended architectural plans. - First floor, rear elevation : Reduction in depth of the first floor massing, commensurate with the reduction at ground floor. Omission of the window to the splayed corner. - Side extension : Introduction of a rooflight within the flat roof of the side extension in lieu of the exposed timber rafters indicated on the approved scheme.
