RESUB- Detail of Condition 3-Tree survey - proposed works/protection as required by full planning permission ref 19/AP/1173 dated 21/03/2022 for minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.) Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/0779 [Approval date: 08.07.2020] for 'Refurbishment and extension of the All Saints Annexe, with all internal floorspace to be mixed Class B1/D1 (office/museum) use, involving the demolition of existing rear extensions and the construction of new two-storey rear extensions.
