Installation of timber cladding to the rear elevation.) for the reconfiguration to the front dormer windows, reconfiguration to the door at first floor level rear elevation, alteration to the roof of the outrigger and the change in material of the rear elevation from timber cladding to render.

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.

Amendment for substitute ground floor flat roof window with a lantern.
