Non material amendment of planning permission 17AP3846 (Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide a mixed use development comprising a number of buildings ranging between 2 to 20 storeys in height (9.45m - 72.2m AOD), providing 830 residential dwellings (Class C3); flexible community use, early years facility (Class D1) or gym (Class D2); public and private open space; formation of new accesses and alterations to existing accesses; energy centre; gas pressure reduction station; associated car and cycle parking and associated works.) The amendments consist of: - Amendments to Energy Strategy (to provide ASHP and PV's instead of CHP) - Minor internal and external changes to the south block including relocated doors, lighting changes, parapet changes at roof level and access amendments at roof level including the provision of a hand rail - Minor elevational changes to the north block buildings including changes to the balconies and windows - to ensure they comply with building regulations.
