Non material amendment to planning permission ref 20/AP/2209 dated 9th December 2020 for 'Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref 15/AP/4244 for Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and 4 (landscaping) of planning permission 12/AP/2220, granted on appeal for: 'Erection of six 2/3 storey terraced houses (each 3 bedroom with an additional home, office room and amenity area at second floor level) and a detached 2 storey house (3 bedroom); with new access created from Talbot Road and new access road and hard and soft landscaping' to allow the following changes: -Adjustments to the road and houses levels to prevent damage to tree roots -Adjustment to the angle of the mono-pitch roof from approved 25 degrees to 20 degrees -Reduction in the height of the new approved boundary fence at the site from approved 2m to 1.8m -Replacement of the approved rear brick wall to courtyard facing the railway with timber panels fencing -External wall to bedroom 2 to be aligned with external wall of living room below (courtyard side) to increase the width of bedroom 2 to be the same as the living room underneath'. Non-material amendment to planning permission 13-AP-4134 for: 'Variation of Conditions 13, 20 and 21 (in order to adjust the timing of submission of information relating to green and brown roofs, landscaping and tree planting) of planning permission 12-AP-2062 granted for: Demolition of existing buildings on the corner of Great Maze Pond and Snowsfields and erection of a 14 storey building for a Cancer Treatment Centre (with an additional 2 storeys of roof plant) 71 metres in height and 29,000sqm floor area, with preservation in situ of a Scheduled Ancient Monument (Roman Boat), public realm works, disabled parking, cycle parking facilities and basement link to hospital campus' to allow for: Two additional flues, two additional satellites and kitchen plant extract with two air-conditioning units.
