Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/0779 [Approval date: 08.07.2020] for 'Refurbishment and extension of the All Saints Annexe, with all internal floorspace to be mixed Class B1/D1 (office/museum) use, involving the demolition of existing rear extensions and the construction of new two-storey rear extensions. The development would include hard and soft landscaping improvements, the provision of rooftop plant and the creation of an associated waste storage area' comprising: - Reduction in the number of rooflights on the hub roof; - Changes to the planting beds and hand rails around the perimeter of the two rear sunken terraces; - Provision of a new planting bed around the base of two proposed trees within the rear yard; - Enlargement of a consented planting bed around the base of two existing trees within the rear yard; - Changes to the layout of the chiller screening; - Addition of render to the 'plinth' on all elevations; - Addition of one air brick on the east (front) elevation; - Relocation of some air bricks on the west (rear) elevation; and - Alterations to the consented internal layout.

Details of Condition 5 - Tree protection, as required by planning permission 18/AP/1577 (Construction of a three-storey building for Class D1 use (to provide offices and staff accommodation ancillary to the Imperial War Museum) within the rear yard to incorporate rooftop plant and photovoltaics, together with the change of use of the existing All Saints Annexe building from Class D1 (ancillary to the museum) use to a mixed Class B1 (office) / Class D1 (ancillary to museum) use. The development will include hard and soft landscaping improvements, the provision of a cycle and refuse store, the provision of one accessible car parking space at the front of the All Saints Annexe building, the demolition of a portion of the site's boundary wall to Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park and the incorporation of the replacement wall into the ground floor of the proposed building, the realignment of the access road into the site from the Park, demolition of the portakabins and other associated works.)
