Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 22/AP/0673 (Conversion of two flats to one single family dwellinghouse; construction of a ground floor side infill and rear extension; a first floor side extension; an L-shaped rear dormer roof extension with a roof terrace at second floor level; and the installation of 1x rooflight to the front roofslope) to amend the design of the ground floor rear extension to consist of a pitched roof and to raise the party wall. The changes include: - To change the design of the ground floor rear extensions roof from a flat roof to a pitched roof design; and - to increase the eaves height on the boundary with No 37 from 2.5m to 3m and to increase the maximum height of the extension.

Conversion of two flats to one single family dwellinghouse; construction of a ground floor side infill and rear extension; a first floor side extension; an L-shaped rear dormer roof extension with a roof terrace at second floor level; and the installation of 1x rooflight to the front roofslope.

Construction of a rear dormer roof extension, complete with the installation of two roof lights to the front roof plane and minor internal alterations to facilitate the conversion of the two self-contained flats to one four bedroom dwelling.

Details of Condition 4 -Cycle storage as required by planning permission 20/AP/1750 dated 24/08/2020 for Construction of an extension to the rear outrigger at first and second floor level, dormer window to the rear roof plane and addition of three roof lights to the principal roof plane, to facilitate the subdivision of the existing three bedroom dwelling into two self contained flats (1 X 1B2P and 1 X 2B4P), complete with alteration to the existing shop front to include the residential entrance.

Details of Condition 5 -Domestic refuse Storage as required by planning permission 20/AP/1750 dated 24/08/2020 for Construction of an extension to the rear outrigger at first and second floor level, dormer window to the rear roof plane and addition of three roof lights to the principal roof plane, to facilitate the subdivision of the existing three bedroom dwelling into two self contained flats (1 X 1B2P and 1 X 2B4P), complete with alteration to the existing shop front to include the residential entrance.

Conversion of three flats back to one single family dwelling; demolition of existing side extension and the construction of a single storey side infill extension; Construction of an L-shaped dormer roof extension to the rear with raising the ridge height by 0.35m, and the installation of 3x rooflights to the front roofslope.
