Details of Condition 7- Details of the biodiversity (green/brown) roof as required by planning permission 21/AP/4729 dated 17/04/2023 for demolition of existing teaching block, caretakers house, playground canopies and dividing walls; construction of a new single storey extension and part refurbishment of the existing main school building; construction of a new single storey classroom block and kitchen dining block; and associated soft and hard landscaping improvement works.

Works to a Tree with a TPO: Hand dig a trench on the perimeter of the proposed rear extension parallel to the existing house to understand the extend of roof growths and potential pruning that might be required during construction.

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.

Details of Conditon 4 - detailed drawings for planning permission 18/AP/4195 Construction of two 5 -storey extensions at the end of Roderick and Antony House. The construction of a two storey roof extension above both Antony and Roderick House creating two 6 storey blocks together with the infilling of the existing central gap with a 5 storey building linking the two blocks over every floor, to create an additional 30 new dwellings (2 x Studio. 16 x 1 bed and 12 x 2 bed). The proposal would also provide a new central lift core and enhanced landscaping and associated ancillary works
