Construction of first floor rear extension and rear dormer window to rear elevation of building to facilitate conversion to form two dwellings

Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 18/AP/1091 dated 4th June 2018 for 'Conversion of an existing single dwelling house into two self contained flats, including ground floor side and rear extensions, first floor roof terrace, and a dormer roof extension and three front rooflights'. The amendment seeks the following: - to change the upper flat from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit; - change the metal balustrade to a glass balustrade at second floor level; and - change to the window size at second floor level.
